In the freely designed school and dormitory building, green roof and green facade applications have been incorporated. These applications aim to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to mitigating the adverse effects of the region's arid climate conditions.

The building is planned to be designed with a steel structural system due to its rapid installation and reusability. Hemp blocks are envisioned for wall materials. The natural structure of hemp blocks prevents the spread of toxic substances and significantly contributes to maintaining indoor thermal and moisture balance.

Vines used on the facade will function as sun control elements, allowing controlled entry of daylight into the structure. Additionally, these plants will effectively meet the humidity needs required in hot and dry climatic conditions. This way, the building design has been optimized for both environmental sustainability and indoor comfort.
