The workshop buildings, designed as seven single-story blocks, will host various functions such as vegetable and fruit processing, medicinal aromatic plants, grains and aromatic plants, plant and flower processing, grain processing, meat and dairy processing, a food laboratory, and a sterilization unit. Each of these seven blocks contains two separate workshop units.

The buildings, designed with a wooden support system, will have walls constructed using the compressed earth technique. The stepped and differently oriented roof structure between the two workshop units allows controlled daylight from the north side while supporting natural ventilation. Additionally, wooden shutters on the east facade of the workshop units facing the road provide sun control during the summer months.

This design is optimized for both functionality and sustainability, offering modern education and production spaces with natural materials and innovative architectural solutions.
