Social Facility - Accommodation Units

The social facility area consists of dining and accommodation units. The accommodation units are arranged in seven twin blocks, offering a total of 14 double rooms. The blocks are strategically positioned to suit the terrain; five blocks are located around the biological pool, while two are situated at vantage points with views of the rural landscape.

Since the wooden structures will be built without foundations, their lightweight and easy-to-assemble nature is prioritized. Wide eaves provide protection from the sun and rain, and the balconies of the wooden bungalows offer an opportunity to enjoy the unique rural views.

Due to the varied orientations of the structures, photovoltaic panels are installed on roof surfaces with sufficient sun exposure to support energy production. This design offers various advantages in terms of both aesthetics and sustainability.
